Way to $1M (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal portfolio and AI-assistant application for Android. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Stored only on your device (not on any server we operate):
This data is kept in your device’s app storage and is removed when you uninstall the app. The app has no server, so we never receive a copy of it in the background.
Sent off your device only in these specific situations:

We do not operate analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or rent any data.
The AI features are optional and require an API key that you supply for the provider of your choice. When you use them, the content of your request — which may include your holdings, the questions you ask, and images you attach — is sent directly from your device to that provider so it can generate a reply. That provider processes the request under its own privacy policy and terms:
We do not store or log your AI requests or responses.
You can decline or revoke any of these in your device settings; the related feature simply won’t work without it.
Connections to authentication, AI, and market-data services use HTTPS encryption in transit. Your authentication token is stored using the device’s encrypted secure storage. Because your portfolio data stays on your device, its security also depends on your device’s own protections (screen lock, encryption).
How to request account deletion. To delete your Way to $1M account and its associated data, email wayto1m@outlook.com from the email address you signed in with, using the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account, normally within 30 days.
This app is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the new version at the same URL.
